Job summary

Parkway Health and Rehab in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing unit. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.

Collaborate with the medical director, develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor LPNs and staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Tennessee.
• 0+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

Responsibilities
