Vantage at Chelmsford currently has an opportunity available for an RN/LPN 3pm-11pm Evening Supervisor.

We are seeking talented RN / LPN 3pm-11pm Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Vantage Care, LLC! As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for passionate and skilled professionals who are eager to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversight of the day-to-day nursing activities of the unit and maintaining accountability of all unit staff on a 24-hour basis.
  2. Oversight of the work performance of unit staff and assisting as necessary.
  3. Assessing residents on the unit, ensuring nursing care provided aligns with physicians’ orders and facility policies.
  4. Making rounds on all residents when arriving on duty, leaving duty, and throughout the shift.
  5. Ensuring care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, policies, standards of practice, and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Current RN or LPN License in MA.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a long-term care unit manager (preferred).
  3. Current CPR certification.
