Regal Care in Greenfield, MA is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our team as a 3-11 Supervisor, with on-call responsibilities. In this role, you will oversee the evening shift, supervise nursing staff, manage patient care, and ensure all healthcare standards are met.

You will lead a dedicated team, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality outcomes, while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff on the 3-11 shift.
• Provide direct patient care, including medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Ensure nursing documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff members.
• Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
