Qualifications

• Current and valid RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff on the 3-11 shift.

• Ensure nursing documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.

Regal Care in Greenfield, MA, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 3-11 Supervisor, Monday thorugh Friday with oncall responsibilties. In this critical role, you will oversee the evening shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff members.

Qualifications:

• CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
