Job summary

Atrium Centers Prescott Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Prescott, WI, is hiring an RN or LPN to deliver direct resident care, assess needs, and implement individualized care plans in a 65-bed facility. You’ll administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain compliance with state regulations to ensure safety and dignity for residents.

We offer 8-hour shifts with Full Time and Part Time options, weekend rotations, competitive compensation starting at $42/hour, and generous

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Medication administration and IV certification required.
• Working knowledge of Wisconsin state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans

  • $3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time!

• Part Time: 1st Shift

  • $1,500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time!

• Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift (RN ONLY)

• 8-Hour Shifts

• 65-Bed Facility

• MUST be licensed in Wisconsin
