MGA Homecare Colorado is seeking Registered Nurses to perform skilled nursing visits across Colorado. This role offers a sign-on bonus, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, and a pay-per-visit model with opportunities for growth within home health services.

Current Colorado RN license is required, with experience in home health preferred. You will work with a diverse team to deliver high-quality care near patients’ homes across Lakewood, Golden, Littleton and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Colorado RN license is required.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum six months of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Provide nursing skills such as central line dressing changes, drawing labs, NG/GT education/support, wound care, wound vac changes, and ostomy support etc.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Job Description Competitive Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation ranging from $75-85 Per Visit | $110-$120 Per Start of Care . Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of visits worked. The bottom range indicates little to no experience The top range indicates highly skilled and experience.
