AT Chestnut Hill of East Longmeadow, for over 30 years, has met the short-term rehab, long-term care and respite care needs of patients and their families. Located just minutes from Heritage Park, this 135-bed facility provides a tranquil environment for our patient-centered approach to care, with a state of the rehab gym and hotel like suites for your loved ones.

Shifts Available

• Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p) & Overnight (11p-7a)
• Weekday and Weekend shifts available
• 12 hour shifts available

Hours

• FT, PT, or per diem
