Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking an RN/LPN Regional Clinical Liaison to support our physician development team across multiple U.S. regions.

You will drive account development, manage clinical relationships, and align services with physician needs while traveling regionally to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will have an RN or LPN license, wound care/long-term care experience, strong EMR skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required
• Experience in long term care and wound care required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• REAL ID or travel docs required for travel
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Healthcare sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clinical accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Grow existing clinical accounts by ensuring full patient visits.
• Coordinate logistical plan of physician SNF service relationships.
• Assist with hiring A-level Providers.
• In charge of the overall brand message.
• Achieve revenue growth according to expansion plan.
• Perform hands-on clinical responsibilities with skilled nursing facilities.
