Working alongside providers and a collaborative care team, you will assess patients, perform clinical procedures, assist with diagnostics, and help ensure patients receive timely, efficient care without an appointment.

  • Eligible for weekend differential pay.
  • Additional weekday shifts may be available based on department needs.
  • Fast-paced walk-in clinic caring for patients of all ages with acute illnesses and minor injuries.
  • Collaborative team environment focused on providing convenient, patient-centered care.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, EKGs, and other clinical procedures as appropriate.
  • Assist with wound care, splinting, suture removal, and other minor procedures.
  • Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and communicate concerns promptly to providers.
  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies are clean, stocked, and ready for patient care.
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to maintain efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support QMG Now operations.

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, pediatrics, or ambulatory care preferred.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
