Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed in the state of practice.
• Graduate from a state-approved nursing program.
• Associates degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to older adults enrolled in the IOP.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment.
• Engage with the community through education and outreach activities.
