Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care at our Washington, IA community. You will assess residents, help develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include wound care, IV therapy, coordinating with physicians and families, and guiding CNAs. Iowa licensing requirements are mandatory; multiple shifts and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN or LPN license.
• Ability to administer medications and IV therapy.
• Experience in elder care or skilled nursing preferred.
