Job summary

Freedom Plaza is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Private Duty program. This role provides direct nursing care to residents in a single senior living community, with a flexible PRN schedule and no travel.

You will complete nursing assessments, develop care plans, manage medications, and monitor residents, collaborating with families and staff to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous senior living, home care, or community-based nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits and ongoing resident monitoring
