Qualifications

• Active RN license or eligible LPN license.
• Night shift experience preferred.
• Pediatric care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document care in electronic medical records.

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time RNs and LPNs for day and night shifts, with 12-hour shift options in the following areas:

Inpatient Complex Medical Care program, provides 24/7 care in a family-focused environment. We care for children, teens, and young adults who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical needs.

Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is the only freestanding, comprehensive pediatric inpatient rehabilitation program for children and young adults in the state of Iowa, including a 6-bed post-NICU unit.
