Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Topeka , KS and surrounding areas.

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available). Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
2. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
3. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
4. Coordinate care.
5. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
6. Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
