Pay Range: from $30/hr

Job Duties

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We seek RN & LPN staff for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their home, following physician plans.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care and educate families to improve outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
