Job summary

MGA Homecare provides pediatric home health services and is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to support infants, children, and adolescents in their homes in Arizona. The role involves delivering nursing care per the plan of care and administering prescribed medications and therapies.

Educate families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies while coordinating care and documenting nursing actions and patient responses to treatments.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Time management and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and adolescents per active plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
