Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an RN/LPN to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in the Phoenix area. You will follow the physician’s plan of care, administer medications, and document nursing activities and outcomes. Education for patients and families on disease processes and self-care is also required.

The ideal candidate holds a current Arizona nursing license and has strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Good organization and coordination of care in home settings.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per the plan of care.
