Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge in Paterson, NJ is seeking an LPN/RN Unit Manager for a full-time, 8-hour shift with 1 weekend per month. Location: 77 East 43rd Street, Paterson, NJ. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 depending on licensure and experience.

Immediate leadership role overseeing a dedicated care team. The ideal candidate holds a valid NJ RN or LPN license, with at least two years of unit management in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid/active RN/LPN License in NJ
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Unit Manager in Long-term Care
