Qualifications

• Active NH nursing license.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or approved exemption).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray; provide references.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the team to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observe and report patients’ vital signs and general condition.
• Record observations of patients’ responses to care in charts.
• Maintain safe and comfortable environmental conditions for patients.
• Assist with unit management or assume charge as assigned.
