Qualifications

• Active nursing license in New Hampshire (RN or LPN).
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or approved exemption.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Personal and professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists physicians with diagnostic procedures.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with the team in planning and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
• Records patient responses to nursing care in charts.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environmental conditions.
• Assists with unit management or acts as charge when needed.
