Job summary

FH Staffing Solutions is a nursing agency seeking RN/LPNS to join our growing team. We partner with a skilled nursing facility in the area to provide the best care, with immediate hires and guaranteed RN/LPN shifts.

Duties include providing nursing care, administering meds, assisting physicians, and documenting patient care. Must hold an active MA nursing license, be fully vaccinated (or exempt), pass a background check, and have recent TB testing. Strong references preferred.

• Must possess active Massachusetts nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces supports and provides health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and patient activities.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Records observations on patient charts.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to comfort and safety.
• Assists with unit management or charge of unit as assigned.

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.

• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.

RN/LPN Requirements:

• Must hold an active nursing license in Massachusetts.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Or an approved exemption)
• Ability to pass a background check (no charge)
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
