HealthWorks Medical is hiring an experienced RN or LPN Nurse Case Manager to join our Marine Medical Management team. This role focuses on coordinating care for employees experiencing workplace injuries and illnesses, with a shift that is Monday–Friday and a route to fully remote after onsite training.

You will work in a supportive team environment, reviewing medical records, triaging telehealth calls, and collaborating with providers and the Medical Director to determine job suitability.

Formación

• Associates Degree or 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• KY RN or LPN license (current) or valid compact state license.
• BLS certification (Healthcare Provider) current.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience coordinating care for workplace injuries/illnesses.

Job Description Report

• Acts as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care.

Minimum Education

• Associates Degree or; one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Licenses [Kentucky, United States] RN or LPN

• Registered Nurse with a current KY license or valid compact state license OR
• LPN with a current KY license or valid compact state license
• BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
