Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois.
• Minimum two years' experience in similar environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing plan.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and update resident care plans.
• Maintain resident safety, documentation, and compliance with regulations.
