Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Home Health Nurses for day shifts in Chicago, IL. Work-Life balance with flexible scheduling and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours.

You will deliver nursing care in patients' homes, following physician care plans, and monitor vitals while maintaining accurate charts. No pediatric or private-duty nursing experience required, and weekly pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with G-tube preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care per physician care plan.
• Monitor patient condition and document charts.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
