Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services has several openings for Homecare Nurses in Chicago, IL, with flexible full-time, part-time and PRN schedules. You will provide one-on-one in-home care and follow physician plans while maintaining patient charts.

Active IL nursing license and CPR certification are required. Experience with G-tube, Trach and Vent care is a plus. We offer 24/7 RN support and full health benefits. Salary is competitive with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Prior experience with G-tube, Trach, and Vent cares is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
