Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking home care nurses for day shifts in Chicago, IL. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with flexible schedules and options for weekly or daily pay. 24/7 RN support and health benefits offered.

Qualifications
- Active IL Nursing License is required to practice in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Experience providing G-tube care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1 on 1 patient care in home settings.
- Follow physician care plans and monitor patient conditions.
- Record vitals and maintain patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities and mobility.
- Provide caregiver relief and support as needed.
