Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services is seeking homecare nurses for day shifts in Carlinville, IL (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm). Full-time, part-time and PRN positions available immediately, with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Join a reputable home health provider serving Illinois and Missouri.

You will deliver one-on-one nursing care per physician care plans, monitor patient conditions, record vitals, and provide caregiver relief. Requires an active IL nursing license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Active IL Nursing License is required.
Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

1 on 1 Patient Care.
Provide nursing care per the physician's care plan.
Monitor patient condition and document vitals.
Assist patient with daily activities.
Take and record vitals.
Provide caregiver relief.
