Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for day shifts in Bourbonnais, IL. Positions include full-time, part-time and PRN with immediate start. Typical shift is 7am-5pm, Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Provide one-on-one nursing care at patients' homes, follow physician care plans, monitor conditions, take vitals, and assist with daily activities. IL nursing license and CPR certification required; G-tube/Trach experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with G-tube and Trach care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care.
• Provide nursing care per physician care plan.
• Monitor patient condition and maintain charts.
• Assist patient with daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
