Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for day or evening shifts in Bourbonnais, IL.

Full-time, Part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately with flexible schedules, weekly or daily pay options, and comprehensive health benefits.

Responsibilities include 1-on-1 patient care, following the physician care plan, monitoring vitals, charting, and caregiver relief; IL nursing license and CPR required, with G-tube & Trach experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior experience with G-tube and Trach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
