Job summary

South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, Utah is actively hiring a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift (approximately 6 PM–10 PM). The role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work closely with residents to provide attentive care.

You will administer medications per physician orders, chart administration, and monitor patient conditions to support safe, high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
• Able to make decisions independently when warranted.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care.
