Job summary

South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift. Shift hours are approximately 6PM-10PM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up.

Administer medications per physician orders, chart administration, and monitor patient needs to provide high-quality care. This role requires a current RN or LPN license in good standing and strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to communicate with residents, family, and staff.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations for long-term care.
