Job summary

South Ogden Post Acute in South Ogden, UT is hiring full-time nurses for day shift (6AM-6PM) to join our dedicated team. You will provide compassionate nursing care to geriatric residents and work closely with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• LPN license must be current and in good standing.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Order medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
• Prepare and administer treatments/medications as ordered by physician.
• Notify physician and/or family about changes in residents' condition.
• Provide professional nursing care including tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressings, irrigations.
• Monitor seriously ill residents continuously.
• Advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with care plans.
• Complete patient charts accurately and promptly.
