Job summary

Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.
- Background check and driving record clear.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications via oral or injectable routes per service line requirements.
- Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.
- Document medication administration and assessments in a timely manner.
- Monitor house stock of medications and coordinate refills as needed.
- Communicate with clients about medications and respond to inquiries.
- Verify patient data and medical history; complete safety plans and nursing assessments.
- Act as a resource for nursing/medical issues and assist with client hygiene.
