Aufgaben

Administer medications by oral, injection, or other approved methods.
Perform nursing assessments and psychiatric screeners per service line.
Document nursing assessments and medication administration accurately.
Conduct MAR reviews and monitor house stock and refills.
Room clients, collect basic lab data, and assist with phlebotomy as needed.
Maintain up-to-date medical records and participate in safety planning.
Collaborate with staff to support clinical care and infection control.
