Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to clients via oral and injection, per service line requirements.
- Perform nursing assessments including physical and mental health evaluations.
- Document medication administration and nursing assessments.
- Manage house stock of medications and conduct reviews.
- Communicate with clients about medication inquiries and refill requests.
- Verify client data and medical history and obtain necessary prerequisites.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner, including safety plans and nursing assessments.
- Oversee client hygiene and related health concerns.
- Attend meetings and perform duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
