Job summary

NurseCore is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for 8-12 hour Home Health shifts in and around Marion County, Florida. Our team delivers one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes, focusing on safety, dignity, and personalized support.

Qualifications

• Vent, Trach and G-tube experience required or willingness to learn.
• Current Florida license/certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Negative TB test (titer/ chest X-ray).
• Level 2 background screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one home health care to patients in their homes in Marion County area.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and professional standards to ensure safe and effective care.
