Job summary

NurseCore seeks dedicated RNs and LPNs for 12-hour day and night shifts in the Minneola area to provide in-home health care.

Our Home Health staff deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients at home, supporting recovery and daily living while adhering to laws and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current Florida medical license or certification.
• Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience.
• Current hands-on CPR certification.
• Proof of Negative TB (titer/ chest x-ray).
• Background Screening Information: Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care to patients in their own homes.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and professional standards to ensure safe and effective care.

Skills

Vent, Trach & G-tube experience

CPR certification

Education

Florida medical license/certification
