Job summary

Working Nurse Homecare Agency is seeking Registered Nurses and LPNs to join our team of caregivers delivering home health care across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Responsibilities include providing nursing care per patient plan, monitoring condition, health promotion, teaching, and direct nursing care, with travel throughout the service area.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

The home health RN and LPN is responsible for providing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care to include comprehensive health, monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.
