Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in New Market, TN is seeking an RN to provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will monitor patients, administer meds, educate families, and coordinate with care teams for individualized plans.

Join a team with flexible scheduling, competitive weekly pay, and a $1,250 day shift sign-on bonus upon meeting requirements. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.

Pay: $28 / hr - $30 / hr

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN license
