Job summary

Maxim Healthcare provides skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes with a focus on a manageable pace and consistent assignments. The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to build relationships with patients and families, and support through local clinical and office teams.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across day, evening, and overnight slots within the assigned service area, with ongoing training and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
