Job summary

#1 Home Care Services in Ft Lauderdale area seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Flexible full-time, part-time, PRN, and per-visit opportunities with travel across Ft Lauderdale and surrounding areas.

Competitive weekly pay with RN starting at $35+ per hour and specialty visits at $70+ per hour; LPNs start at $30+ per hour and specialty visits at $65+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home health, private duty, hospice, or long-term care a plus).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's plan of care.
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, G-tube care, and other skilled services as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality of care in the home setting.

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida RN/LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home health, private duty, hospice, or long-term care experience is a plus)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
