Working Nurses Healthcare, llc. is seeking Registered Nurses to join our home health team serving the Southwest Broward area. You will provide care per patient plans, monitor conditions, promote health, and deliver direct nursing care on the road.

The ideal candidate has Medicare knowledge, excellent communication, and independence, plus computer proficiency. Florida RN license, CPR, and the ability to travel Broward County are required; IV certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Proficient in OASIS documentation.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification (Preferred).
• Experience with geriatric and pediatric patients.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Broward County for assignments.

Responsabilités

• Provide care per patient plan of care, monitor and document patient status.
• Promote health, teach training activities, and deliver direct nursing care in home settings.
• Maintain timely communication with care teams and families.

Hospitals and health systems around the Broward County area have partnered with Working Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in the home.

The home health RN is responsible for providing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care to include comprehensive health, monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.

The ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of Medicare, excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be computer proficient.
