#1 Home Care Services is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Positions are available in Port Saint Lucie and surrounding areas with flexible full-time, part-time, PRN and per-visit options, including travel up to 50%.

Competitive pay and weekly pay support a healthy work-life balance. Requirements include a valid Florida RN or LPN license in good standing and at least 1 year of nursing

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home health, private duty, hospice, or long-term care a plus).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's individualized plan of care.
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, G-tube care, and other skilled services as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality of care in the home setting.

What You'll Do

What We Offer

Competitive Weekly Pay

RNs: Starting at $35+ hr and Specialty Visits starting $70+ hr

LPNs: Starting at $30+ hr and Specialty Visits starting $65+ hr

Rates vary based on the complexity and level of care required for each patient

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida RN/LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home health, private duty, hospice, or long-term care experience is a plus)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
