Job summary

Evoraa Healthcare is seeking a RN/LPN to provide patient care, administer medications, take vitals, and assess medical needs. The role involves admissions/discharges, documenting observations, and collaborating with the medical team within a mental health treatment setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an unrestricted RN/LPN license and demonstrate strong policy interpretation and HIPAA compliance, with experience in recovery or psychiatric care a plus.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted licensure in GA or TN (as required by facility).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions.
• Ability to work with chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Experience working with people in recovery and/or in mental health treatment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attending staff trainings and meetings as required by the employer
• Communicating with the pharmacy as needed
• Completing client nursing admissions not limited to: intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, GeneSight swabbing
• Follows all policies and procedures with regard to client information protection, including alcohol-drug client confidentiality and HIPAA
• Other duties as assigned
