Music City Detox is seeking a qualified RN/LPN to provide comprehensive nursing care for clients, including vital signs, medication administration, and assessments. The role involves admissions, discharges, and collaboration with the medical team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

You will work with individuals in recovery and psychiatric care, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in trainings. A strong focus on policy interpretation and effective communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Current unrestricted licensure in TN (as required by facility) as an RN/LPN.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and written
• Ability to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Experience working with people in recovery and/or in mental health treatment a plus

• Follows all policies and procedures with regard to client information protection, including alcohol-drug client confidentiality and HIPAA
• Other duties as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY:
