Job summary

Heartwood Lodge in Spring Lake, Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care and supervise daily nursing activities on each shift. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to uphold care plans and regulatory standards.
