Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Direct Resident Care: administer medications, wound care, mobility support, vital signs.
- Supervision: oversee nursing staff during shifts and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Compliance: maintain medical records and meet healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration: work with Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold quality care.
- Quality Improvement: participate in initiatives to improve resident care and facility operations.
