Job summary

Florence Home in Omaha, NE, seeks RN or LPN licensed nursing care partners to provide direct patient care in long-term-care, skilled care, and hospice settings. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, and educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.

The role requires Nebraska licensure, strong communication, and ability to work with an interdisciplinary team in a home-like environment.

• 2PM-10:30PM (PT)
• 6AM-2:30PM (FT)
• Infection Control/Wound Care- must be RN

• Have a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Be proficient in using electronic medical record systems.
• Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Have the ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics.
• Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
