Job summary
Wellbridge of Pinckney is seeking dedicated RN or LPN staff to join our EPIC Award Winning team. You will perform a range of nursing duties, ensure patient comfort, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a 12-hour shift setting.

Qualifications
- Michigan RN license or LPN license is required.
- Current CPR-BLS certification is required.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- Long Term Care experience is REQUIRED.
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families on changes to medications and treatment plans.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to patients' well-being.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team including direction, training, and evaluations.
