WellBridge of Fenton is seeking an LPN to join our award-winning team. You will provide skilled nursing care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory and other areas, administer meds, and work within a strong interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• LPN Practical Nurse license in Michigan
• Current CPR-BLS certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

You will earn: up to $36.40 per hour!

• LPN Starting wage: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification!

• 12 hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays

How You Will Help People Every Day

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team

• A current license to practice as an LPN Practical Nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
